Its always nice to hear people share their lessons in life like the what the author of this blog did. She shared her learned principles in life with others that in in doing so, giving others inspiration to try positive ways to make life better.

In reality, we do not recognize the roots of our sufferings. Maybe we are too busy working to even notice them such as stress. Because of our busy lives we won't have imagined that stress can cause hair loss, cancer, and much more illness to our health if we won't learn how to eliminate stress. Here comes an idea of developing an attitude in us how to be more positive and cheerful no matter what happens. Because being or feeling happy means everything. Its hard to feel happy when things go wrong. But problems are problems. We can't solve problems by worrying alone. We need to get to the solution of it. And we can be more efficient in finding solution if we have relaxed mind. So maintain a more cleansed mind to achieve happiness and get rid of stress.

glenville,

Go ahead and get the book. It doesn't only point out types of lifetraps, it also tells us parents about how we can avoid (psychologically and emotionally) trapping our children and adversely affecting their future lives and relationships long after we've given them their freedom. I chose to devote more time with my kids also when I early retired in 1994 at the peak of my career as an energy planner. I have no regrets: children grow up so fast.

That book sounds very interesting. I've recently come across a fork in my life and made a huge decision. I'm letting go of a solid career to focus on my passions and devote more time to my family. I think I'm gonna buy myself a copy of that book. =)

truly liberating, to start on this day, and to continue on the days to come.

yes, liberating one self from the many luggage, physical and otherwise, is a good exercise

just saying hello--hope all's well
